Arthur Win is the son of South Korean immigrants. From a young age, he fell in love with Sports. He grew up idolizing Kobe Bryant and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Growing up in Los Angeles, he was surrounded by sports, from the Lakers and the Clippers in the NBA to the Kings in the NHL to LA Galaxy in the MLS. His sports-filled environment spurned his love for sports.

 

When Win grew up, he wanted to be a journalist. His dream reached closer to reality when he attended UCLA, majoring in journalism. He graduated in the top ten percent of his class, and immediately started up The Sport Report. This was when he began to fulfill his childhood dreams. While at first he covered only Los Angeles sports, Win quickly expanded his scope to cover the major sports leagues across the country, as well as a minor focus on European football.

The site Win created has quickly grown a following, due to his diligent research and intelligent takes. The site continues to be run by Win, with guest writers producing articles from time to time.

Win now runs his website as a functioning company in an office just outside downtown Los Angeles, where he can experience a focused environment while still being able to catch some games throughout the year.
